Made many purchases here and they’re always more than helpful. My favorite jewelers in the area by far!! Will continue to do business with them for years to come. If they can’t help you, they will send you to someone who can. Can’t beat it.

I have been to Classic Jewelry on several occasions to have pieces fixed and modified to my request. I have always been met with friendly professionals who exhibit excellent customer service. I have not had the pleasure to actually by a piece from them outright, but their service work is above the bar in every aspect. Would highly recommend Classic Jewelry to anyone. I am confident your experience will be a good one.

I stopped by to get my watch sized. The ladies were very friendly and very helpful. It literally took two minutes and watch fit perfectly. What a fantastic visit, stop by and let the ladies there help you out too!

Was meandering downtown Sedalia while getting my bicycle worked on and just happened in this store. Was greeted by the most pleasant individuals who shared great conversation with me and gave some insights to places of interest to look into while in town. Their advice did not disappoint! Only regret is that I did not get their names. But, will definitely be back based on this experience alone.

I can't say enough good things about these ladies. I took my family heirloom diamond into their shop, it needed a new setting so I could propose to my girlfriend with it. I told them what I pictured the setting to look like and they found exactly what I wanted. It's been a year since then and a week away from getting married I needed my ring. Once again I went in there with Just an idea of what I was looking for and they helped me find the perfect ring for me. They are always super friendly and a joy to work with. We will definitely continue going back for any of our jewelry needs.

We bought my thin gold wedding band here in July 2023. The staff in store were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We ordered my band to be engraved inside and it was finished within a week of ordering. Wonderful experience and truly the wedding band I’ve dreamed of for a long time.

I live in KC, originally from Sedalia, and this is the only place I trust with my jewelry. I walked in needing my watch resized and tightening the prongs on my ring. The ladies are nice and helpful. I was very pleased with the results and quickness due to being a walk in.
